There is little communication with the district. Frequently get bounced around between college and District Office. District office does not communicate changes in policies, rules, and procedures to the college making the process to complete jobs inefficient. One-third of the respondents or more reported these experiences. I receive important information through the “grapevine.” (49%) Top administrators seem hesitant to communicate news to other employees. (33%) There is little or no flow of important information. (32%) Other reasons such as timeliness of communication, limited campus hours, irrelevant s. (32%) Too many “gatekeepers” of information who hinder the flow of important information.
