The FRAC applications open for this fall include Compensated Faculty Leave, Eleanor Lane Faculty Development Endowment Funds, and Nathan Deutsch Faculty Development Endowment Funds. These are links to open the application you choose.

Compensated Leave: The description is on the application’s landing page. Competition Files is the full RFP and the application form you will need to download and fill out to reattach as a completed document in the InfoReady system. To officially start the application, choose “Submit Application”.

10. InfoReady Compensated Leave Required Uploads
Enter your Chair’s on line 1 & your Dean’s on line 2
Required uploads for submission include the completed competition file and your CV.
Reference letters are collected by RTT through InfoReady. You will need to enter your chair’s on line 1 and your dean’s on line 2. InfoReady sends the invitation to them directly and they upload the letter. You will not have access to the reference letters, as they are treated as confidential in the system.

The body template is shown in this slide, and ALWAYS mark the box to receive the notification letting you know when Reference Letters have been completed. You can also set reminders to be sent for the letter requests. We highly encourage this!

Another suggestion is to copy the letter of recommendation upload link and send it to your recommenders as a note that they should expect a letter request from InfoReady. This will give an upfront notification to them that accompanies the that InfoReady immediately sends out when you hit submit.
You have an option to add other addresses to be included in communications about your application status.
You can then choose “Save as Draft” or “Submit Application”. You can only submit if all required fields are completed.
