“#” - Is used when looking for ANY value in the selected field - Is used as a Wildcard “…” - Used when searching a range of values (ie. Date ranges) “>” - Is greater than “<“ - Is less than “>=“ - Is greater than or equal to “<=“ - Less than or equal to

A color coded dot can be assigned for each list to differentiate between lists, and can be displayed: On the Log listing During the log in/out process On the student record In the student listing In appointment records
