NO ROSTER ADDITIONS AFTER START OF 2ND HALF
IF USING A SUB FROM ANOTHER TEAM, MUST GET THE OK FROM OTHER MANAGER AND LET ON SITE SUPERVISOR KNOW BEFORE GAMES START
NEED 4 TO START.
GHOST RULE - MUST BE DETERMINED BEFORE START OF 1ST GAME IF USING OR NOT USING. STAYS THAT WAY ALL 3 GAMES.

SEASON

6. When needing a sub for your team WHO IS NOT ON another team from the same night, that player must go online and add themselves to the roster. Extra waivers will be on site in case this is a last minute scenario.
We encourage you to have that person go online and add themselves to your roster. This makes them eligible to play in the playoffs if needed.
If using a player from another to team to sub, it must be cleared with the manager and game official/ league supervisor. If not approved, you will have to play a player short. Decide on ghost rule for all 3 matches before starting.
In co-ed matches, you can play 4 girls and 2 guys but CANNOT play a match with 4 guys and 2 girls. You have to play with 5 players and decide before the match to play with the Ghost rule or not.
SUBS

7. WINNER OF FIRST ROUND GETS EITHER A BYE OR THE #1 SEED DEPENING ON # OF TEAMS IN DIVISION.
TEAMS THAT ARE MOVED UP A DIVISON AND DON’T QUALIFY FOR THAT PLAYOFF WILL COMPETE IN THE PLAYOFFS FOR THE DIVISION THEY STARTED IN.
ONLY USE PLAYERS THAT ARE ON YOUR ROSTER. SUBS/ PLAYERS NEED TO BE ON ROSTER BY 5 P.M. OF THE START OF 2ND ROUND.

8. 2nd Round & playoffs AFTER THE FIRST HALF IS COMPLETED
You can only use subs from the night you play on.
Players who have subbed for you in the first half AND who you added to the roster.
IN AN EMERGENCY, (ILLNESS, INJURY, OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES), AND NEED TO USE A SUB FROM ANOTHER NIGHT OR SOMEONE YOU HAVE NOT USED IN THE FIRST HALF, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE LEAGUE DIRECTOR SO THAT THE OTHER TEAM CAN BE NOTIFIED TO SEE IF THEY ARE OKAY WITH THAT SUB. 
PLAYOFFS/ CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES
players must be on YOUR roster. If using a substitute, that sub must have subbed on your team at least once during the FIRST HALF OF THE season
BEEN ADDED TO ROSTER.
NO player will be allowed to play in playoffs/championship games if
they have not participated with your team during the season
NOT BEEN ADDED TO ROSTER.
LAST DAY TO ADD A PLAYER IS 5:00 P.M. ON THE DAY YOUR 2ND ROUND STARTS.

9. CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
If games are going to be cancelled due to weather issues or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you as soon as possible, but no later than 5 p.m.
A text alert will be sent out. (handout)
PLEASE encourage all your players to sign up for the text alert. This will be the main source of communication for changes and updates.
