Is it something you are born with? How would you define it? What is not Canadian culture? Is it easy to define? Are there examples of values, attitudes and ideas that are not associated with Canada?

We value universal health care ( for every canadian) We think that no matter your income you have the right to have your health cared for. So if you earn minimum wage and need a surgery that costs 10,000 dollars the governement should pay. We all pay taxes so this system can exist equality
