Additional sorts, here can sort by main segment Find by current sort Click on expansion button to see more details NEW adds vendor, OPEN opens vendor screen You can also restrict the lookup list

10 Record Note Screen

11 Note Button Click the note button
Once you save the note, the icon changes to show there are notes recorded. The printer icon means a report is available. Click on the paper clip and you can store OLE files, which can be Word documents, pictures, Excel files, organizational charts, etc. We should be able to write to these note fields programmatically. Note button also available for notes on data entry screen.

15 Great Plains Display Settings Right click on desktop, Properties, Settings
Great Plains windows are designed to display without scroll bars on 1024 X 768 settings You can do setting at 800 X 600 if you prefer, but you will have to scroll up and down to see some windows
