2 What is an angle?

3 Angle Defined: The space (usually measured in degrees) between two intersecting lines or surfaces at or close to the point where they meet

4 Where can we find angles?

5 Different types of angles
There are many different types of angles, some include: - acute - right - obtuse - straight - reflex

6 Acute Angles An acute angle is less than 90 degrees but more than 0 degrees.

7 Right Angles A right angle is an angle of 90°, as in a corner of a square.

8 Obtuse Angle An obtuse angle is an angle between 90 and 180 degrees

9 Straight Angle A straight angle is an angle of 180 degrees, a straight line.

10 Reflex Angle A reflex angle is an angle greater than 180 degrees (but less than 360)
