Single Slide Visual Tutorial Template
This single Powerpoint slide is designed for personal viewing on a computer (NOT for a classroom presentation!). A “text box” under the large image provides an additional text description. Notice these elements: a slide title and a footer. The image is actively linked to an online webpage; when viewed as a full-screen presentation, the link works.
Ideally, this should be a one-slide tutorial. Everything you see can be freely modified and edited.

Download and edit this file.
Edit the slide title.
Edit the “footer”. Use the Insert => Header & Footer menu command. Substitute CORS 4567 with this course name and number.
Replace the image with your own. Use “Snagit” to edit the image and add “annotation”.
Link the image to a relevant Internet address of your choice; this might be an online file or a webpage. When viewed as a full screen presentation, the link will be active. (Use the “F5” key to open as a full screen presentation and use the Esc key to return to the regular editing view.)
Be consistent in your format. So, if you create a dozen visual tutorials, like this, they should (more or less) look very much alike. Consistency of format is a very, very good professional goal.
You can safely delete this text in this note section and “drag” the border down to hide this notes section.
