Supplementary Figure 1. Western blot showing three independent transfections of the three major isoform of BANK1.
Western blot was performed from lysates of transfected HEK293 cells with BANK1 isoforms tagged at the C-terminus
with V5 epitope and GFP. The blot was interrogated with mouse anti-V5 (1:2000). The variations in protein expression
from the same isoform are attributed to difference in transfection efficiency There was not observed any differences
in degradation products or translational efficiency between the three isoforms.
