7 Tubberödshus Tubberödshus is a retirement housing for 31 older people in need of assisted living. 26 working members is working in the organization, day, evening and night also is the restaurant included.

8 What is an Intraprenad? A mode of operation within the municipality.
Staff still employed by the municipality. Laws, policies apply as for municipal operations. The operation funded by the municipality with its own budget Deficit is regulated within its own budget. Intraprenad är en driftsform inom kommunen. Personalen är fortfarande kommunalt anställda, driften bekostas av kommunen. Eventuellt överskott kan användas i verksamheten för att ytterligare höja kvaliteten. Om det uppstår underskott så ska det regleras inom den egna budgeten.   Intraprenaden är en resultatenhet med utökade befogenheter och större ansvar för verksamhet, ekonomi och personal, vilket regleras i avtalet. Socialförvaltningen har fortfarande det formella och övergripande ansvaret för intraprenaden. Genom kortare beslutsvägar kommer boende och personal ges stort inflytande över omsorgens innehåll.

12 In our organizational model, our accommodations roles in various working groups.
This means the opportunity to influence and be involved. The elderly is giving the organization knowledge and experience from there lives. Every day there is activity – to be sitting together is making bounds thicker.

13 Our residents contribute in our business:
The host/hostess at study visits. Support person at e.g. bingo. Practical tasks: watering, set the table, feeding animals ...

14 The elderly have the opportunity to participate in the management/ board meeting if they wish.

20 Tubbemodellen Continue to live according to the tradition. Hen house, fish pond and cats. Own fruit, vegetable and berry bushes. Own kitchen with the residents involved - menus are common. Pub evening, readings, tours and entertainment. Animals, nature as a thread through operations
