FACT: We are not a single, homogeneous group We have three distinct generations Often with different perspectives and needs The critical questions What’s going on? Why are we losing younger members? Is this a one-time event or a deeper member satisfaction problem? Think carefully through Who we are, understand our generational needs Getting clarity on how we add/detract value to members From both existing members and those we lost What changes are needed to attract and keep new members 12/31/2018
