There is no substitute for hard work. Hard work is more important that I.Q. You MUST plan. Dream Big.

Pronounced “Ki-zen” True definition is… Good Change Japanese word meaning “small steps for continuous improvement.”

5 Importance Change takes time!
You will not build the habits you need to be successful over night. You could have setbacks… and that is ok.

Is my Goal realistic, attainable? The more you do, the more you will know what is realistic and doable in your life… which is more than you probably thought.
