2. Cinderella PARTNER activity
At the top of your paper, write the title, author*, and culture of each fairy tale.
Next, create a graphic organizer which depicts the similarities and differences evident in the two tales you selected. Focus on how the following specific elements are the same and/or different:
1. Type of “Cinderella” character Obstacles faced by the “Cinderella” character
3. Magical transformations Stepmother and godmother figures
5. Cultural specifics and details Theme(s)
Do NOT simply state the answers, EXPLAIN them.
For example, do not simply state that the Chinese Cinderella is named Yeh-Shen, explain how she is a Cinderella.
The end product should be colorful and include visuals.
