I will know that proteins can differ from one another in number and sequence of amino acids, shapes, and chemical properties.

A chain of amino acids that is used for growth, repair, and physical characteristics (eye color, hair color, skin color, etc.) AA1 + AA2 + AA...+ AA1000 = protein
