6 What do you do with 145 ideas?
Next 3—4 weeks: Task Forces evaluate proposals for importance, scientific risk, compatibility with machine constraints, etc. to define priorities Consider that priorities are subject to change based on performance levels of systems (cryopump, LH, etc.) Task forces should review and discuss: New ideas presented here Ideas presented at previous Fora Existing mini-proposals Task force leaders will call open meetings for discussions Videoconferencing should be available Ideas Forum list can be used for announcing these meetings (all current participants have been added) Jan—Feb: High priority proposals are expanded into mini-proposals.
