Account Settings: From the Home Page select the My Settings tab.

Account Settings: View User Information Enable Notifications Add/Modify Phone Number (Contact info Step 6) Send WOID notifications to mobile phone or Tablet View Assigned Locations Click DONE to save changes

Emergency WOIDs: Guidelines Maintenance Emergencies may include and are not limited to the following: Fire/Smoke Flooding, broken water pipes or major Leaks Gas/foul odors emanating from anywhere in the Building. Loss of utilities (Water, Electrical, HVAC) to the entire building. Security access (Entry or Unable to secure) Safety conditions that may endanger life or health or cause property damage. Conditions that would prevent the start of School or use of a Classroom(s). Hand Out (2) for emergency guidelines

Foot Prints Work Requests History and DOT issues: To view work order history pre-Maintenance Direct, access Footprints by entering helpme.fwisd.org in the browser address line. Technology service requests will continue to be submitted in FootPrints for all Division of Technology (DOT) related issues. - Phones - PA Systems – Computers – Lap Tops - Data Drops - POS – - Promethean Boards Re-Enter work orders if they are over 7 weeks and have not corrected

Problem Type Definitions: 3 Selecting the correct Problem Type routes the WOID to the cognizant department improving WOID response time. Currently there are 19 Problem Types (Icons) A current copy of Problem Types can be obtained from New Request Tab or FWISD Website,

Search Functions: Site Admin 1 can view all WOIDs for their assigned locations. Search for: Enter WOID number and click on GO. Or enter a keyword to obtain a group of WOIDs. (I. e. to view WOIDs for Heat issues, enter Heat.)

Search Functions: Advanced Search allows for a multiple criteria search. Click on Advanced search to select search criteria. Search data can be printed in Excel or PDF formats.

Search Functions: Advanced Search: Select desired criteria and click SEARCH NOW to view the list of WOIDs What are you searching for? To save the search: 1. Enter a Custom Tittle Select Public or Private View 3. SAVE and SEARCH NOW 1 2 3

Search Functions: Saved Advanced Search (1 of 2) Select Advanced Search Select the SELECT A SAVED WORK ORDER SEARCH dropdown menu Select the desired saved search

Search Functions: Saved Advanced Search (2) -Under Information Analysis select SAVED ACTIONS -Select the desired saved search. You may not have access to Private reports. -Schedule a report for automatic printing

Scheduled Saved Actions: Select Frequency (D, W, M) and Format. Enter recipient address. Reports generate at 5 AM.

REPORTS: Provide a wide range of information reflecting workload and costs. Site Administrator 1 role have limited report viewing. Reports are accessed via the REPORT button or selecting an Information Analysis report link.

REPORTS: CRITERIA ( 2 of 2) 21: Chose a report that meets your needs in Detail and Format. 22: Chose a Report Format 23: Title and save the report, if desired. 24: View the Report in PDF or Excel format prior to printing.

REPORTS: Information Analysis My Request provides a report of all the WOIDs you have entered. Work Requests provides a report of all the WOIDs entered at your location. Approved Work Orders – N/A Work Order provides a report of all the WOIDs entered at your location. Saved Actions list public and private saved reports.
