2 The teapot on the stove screeched when it finally got hot.

3 The morning sun peeked over the horizon.

4 One dark and stormy night, the wind howled through my window.

5 My extra small jeans struggled to stay buttoned all day.

6 The dark shadows in the alley way told me to turn around and run!

7 The tall grass danced in the breeze in the yard next door.

8 After a couple seconds of flickering, my kitchen light finally decided to turn on.
