The names are a coded description of the experiment, where the coding is n∙VPCR∙VDNA, and indicates respectively the number of cycles (n), the volume in μl of the solution in which the PCR reaction was made (VPCR), and the volume in μl of the DNA solution used in the experiment (VDNA). On the y-axis the 16 Markers of the Identifiler kit are reported.
