When the score is 6, a-e sub- stages can be entered

Enable seamless selective refresh in PointCare to improve refresh success and accuracy
System setting is now available at the agency level to select the date to have the selective refresh required
Based on the settings, the user may see either a ‘hard stop’ warning message that forces the refresh or a ‘soft stop’ warning message that will allow them to bypass the selective refresh only until the required date

Enhancements now allow billing team to select multiple invoices in the Hospice Claim Adjustment module
Icons provide alerts when invoices require additional information, such as post Date, Reason Code and Remarks

Report added for user to confirm adjustment details and must be previewed to complete the final step to process the invoices
Process button will become activated after the preview is complete and will be the final step to completing the hospice claim procedure
