3. Background 1st proposal
ESA 2010 terminology related to output has slightly changed:
ESA output produced for own final use (P.12) + “other non-market output” (P.13) = “non-market output”
ESA output produced for own final use (P.12) is a distinct category from non-market output (P.13)

4. Background 2nd proposal
 Regulation No. 691:
types of environmental products as total (adapted goods, environmental specific services, etc.)
Experience has shown difficulties in breaking down market activities by types of environmental products

5. 1st proposal
Introduce a category 'output for own final use'

6. 2nd proposal
 Remove the breakdown by environmental products

7. Result of 1st and 2nd proposals
