Note cystic lesions lined by simple and complex rounded tubular and microfollicular structures (microfollicles), with a rim of spindled stromal cells (marked 1 on section B). The cyst stroma is composed of cells with oval to angulated nuclei containing vesicular chromatin and having ill-defined cell borders loosely arranged in an often dense fibrous background (marked 2 on section D).
