Detailed description of contract:
Administered through a JCT Intermediate for of Design & Build Contract. Demolition of a light goods vehicle loading bay in the existing factory. Installation of structural floors, walls and ceilings to form an independent office suite. New build construction of stand-alone office block for managerial, clerical & technical staff that includes; reception, open plan offices, meeting rooms, laboratory & welfare facilities.
