3. Enrollment Management Definition
“Enrollment management is a process that brings together often disparate functions having to do with recruiting, funding, tracking, retaining, and replacing students as they move toward, within, and away from the university” (Henderson, 2001, p. 7).
Enrollment management emerged in order to create a synergy between offices that often acted independently and, at many times, at cross-purposes (Henderson, 2001).
