Is there a way to contact the author? Is there an organizational or corporate sponsor?

7 Objectivity Does the content reflect an explicit or hidden bias?
Does the identity of the author or sponsor suggest a bias? If there is a bias, how does it impact on the usefulness of the information?

8 Currency Is the information up-to-date?
When was the page last updated? Are there dead links?

9 Clarity/Accessibility
Is the information clearly presented? Is the text neat, legible, and easy to read? Are there mistakes in spelling and grammar? Does it load quickly? Is it easy to navigate?
