5. Credit system and workload
One week = 1.5 swedish credits (hp) = ECTS
One semester = 20 weeks = 30 credits
A minimum of 40 h work per week
Teaching methods:
Scheduled activities (lectures, seminars etc)
Unscheduled activities (group work, field work etc)
Independent work (reading literature, preparing seminars or writing papers etc)
Less scheduled time – more time for studying on your own – student responsibility!
