2 ONE WORK ORDER FOR MULTIPLE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT
TYPICALLY USED WITH CHECK SHEETS THAT PRINT WITH THE WORK ORDER!!! NOTE: YOU NEED TO SUBMIT CHECK SHEET FOR ENTRY TO THE CENTRAL PM MANAGER, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADD YOUR SELF Route Is A Group of Equipment, Route is Plant specific, Equipment can be on more than 1 route, Same Route can be used on more than 1 PM (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.) When You Add the 1st Equipment Number on the Route to a PM, & Specify a Route, then all Equipment Listed on the Route is Tracked for PM on one (1) Work Order. ONE WO is generated listing all equipment on the Route (SEE EXAMPLE). The Main WO is displayed in the Work Order List Screen (MY OPEN WORK ORDERS), The system generates “children work orders”. The children Work Orders are hidden from your view. When the Main WO is acted upon, all children get the same action in the background. Parts used & notes can be added to the child WO and the main WO. Labor is booked on the Main WO; the system equally splits across the Main WO & each Child WO. If a Main WO is reopened, all children are reopened. WO and transaction history for both the Main WO and & child WOs are logged. G- Creating Routes, ( )

3 Creating Routes STEP 1: Go to ROUTE screen Before you Start a Route:
Recommended - Extract Equip. No. to EXCEL that will be added to the ROUTE G- Creating Routes, ( )

4 Creating Routes STEP 2: Create or Copy A Route (FOLLOW NAMING & DESCRIPTION STANDARDS) Numbering Convention: Plant Number-Equip. Type & 2 Digit Sequence Number Example 51-AS01 Description Convention: Route: DESCRIBE THE EQUIPMENT THAT IS IN THE ROUTE. Start with Route: Type of Equipment Example: Route: Portable Hand Held Sonic Welders G- Creating Routes, ( )

5 Creating Routes STEP 3: Attach all of the Equipment to the Route in the order we would typically check them G- Creating Routes, ( )

6 Creating Routes STEP 4: Navigate To The PM Schedule that will use the route REQUIRED: Attach only the 1st piece of Equipment on the Route to the PM Schedule Add the Route Code to the Equipment as it is Attached to the PM Schedule G- Creating Routes, ( )

7 Creating Routes STEP 5: Select The Equip. tab on the PM Schedule

8 Obsolete Routes If you are no longer using a particular Route you can modify the description so that Infor will filter it off of your default list view. G- Creating Routes, ( )

9 LETS LOOK AT A ROUTE BASED PM WORK ORDER
Creating Routes NOTES: STILL TO BE TESTED, if 1st EQUIP. NO. on the ROUTE list is withdrawn the PM will not generate STILL TO BE TESTED, if Equip.
