Focus on the positive
Discuss your child’s concerns
Make sure your child knows that you will see him/her at the end of the day
Establish a regular morning routine by the first week of school. (i.e. if your child is going to be a bus rider, let them ride the bus that first week).
Allow your child to walk to their room on their own.
