Cleavage furrow present Mitosis- Prophase: Nuclear membrane disappears centrosomes migrate, spindle fibers form, chromosomes are pairs of chromatids held at centromere Mitosis- Metaphase: Chromatid pairs are aligned along metaphase plate Cytokinesis: Division of cytoplasm and organelles is complete
