TUBULAR COOLER
Multitubular heat exchanger suitable to cool down the orange juice from about 20/25°C to 2°C with chilled glycoled water at – 5°C as cooling media The unit is composed by :
- a set of pipes manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel , length 3000 mm connected each other with stainless steel curve at 180° , assembled on stainless steel skid
- connections and regulating valves for cooling media inlet and outlet
- PT 100 probes for the inlet and outlet measurement temperature
- instruments for the temperature control , pneumatic type and three way valve for product recycling in case the set cooling temperature is not reached.
