a South-South collaborative network for enhancing research capacity and expertise in climate change
to network and enhance the capacity of Southern universities to develop common research projects and implement teaching and training programs in different climate change topics.

LUCCC Dialogue: a dialogue on climate change diplomacy and other related issues will be organized regularly (quarterly).

Climate negotiations preparation: organize a series of interactions to bridge expectations of national stakeholders and national position to prepare for global negotiations
