Hawkeye Electronic Security Limited is the leading provider of electronic security systems in Jamaica. Hawkeye specializes in the installation of electronic security systems for residential and commercial applications. The company operates their own monitoring centre, providing 24 hour monitoring and armed response to priority alarms from clients’ locations.
Business problems that lead to evaluating CPM, adopting Prophix:
SedonaOffice, their ERP, is built for the security industry. This software couldn’t meet Hawkeye’s needs for budgeting, reporting, and analysis. They chose a QuickStart implementation.
Monthly Reporting – due to the volume of requests by business partners, it took the accounting department weeks to produce month end reporting. Each view of data required either a raw data extract or a programmed report out of Sedona.

Simple, user friendly financial cube – in order to gain acceptance of the model in the 1 week we had to complete this project, we made the cube as user friendly and familiar to their end users as possible. We were able to produce reports that took them days, in minutes and have them Live for March month end.
