They are the front line for our clients. Our delivery platforms onshore, near shore, at home and offshore allow us to offer a variety of pricing options and integrated service solutions. Everyone Matters at STARTEK!

2 StarTek – Prophix story
Business problems that led to evaluating CPM, adopting Prophix: StarTek's created canned reports which required heavy use of Excel (data-dumps, look-ups, etc.) in order to view scenarios / comparative reports. StarTek needed a solution that would allow them to create customizable reports for analysis and financial statements without requiring intense manual effort in Excel. They were also limited in their ability to drill across to transactional data requiring constant back and forth between Lawson and their reporting system. StarTek needed a solution that would be flexible enough to not only assist with their reporting needs, but allow for structure and control in their budgeting process when planning. Oracle Hyperion compete story. Their Prophix solution: Importing data from Lawson (despite the current account structure tracked at a more granular level and following a one-to-many relationship, able to import data through the use of mapping tables and case statements. This is important to note because the account structure was unlike most other clients where an account could appear under multiple line items in the P&L) Prophix model allows for planning and reporting in multiple currencies with minimal maintenance compared to their previous system. The model provides them with flexibility in budgeting 'top-down' and spreading to lower level members without the heavy use of Excel Train end users on ad-hoc analysis and template designer to allow StarTek to build their customized reports Future plans: As of the beginning of H2 2014, StarTek plans to add more users, and build their budgeting, forecasting, and personnel planning.
