Introduced to Prophix via our partner, Aptech
Company background: Benchmark Hospitality International includes a chain of “Personal Luxury Resorts & Hotels” that are dedicated to providing a unique travel experience in distinctive destinations that celebrate each locale's culture and adventurous spirit.

ERP: Aptech Profitvue
Business issue: Their primary need was for improved budgeting & consolidations capability given they are currently using spreadsheets to accomplish budgeting tasks. Phase 2 will revolve around improving financial consolidations and reporting.
Prophix solution: Aptech is a niche ERP/CPM player in the hospitality industry and has bundled our product with their solution. In upgrading their ERP they also wanted to address their CPM needs for both current and future use.
Benefit realized: The client will initially be using the product for improved budgeting with a later planned second phase that will improve financial consolidations and reporting
