Noise Please be conscious that noise should be kept to a minimum in a shared study space and that personal conversations should be taken outside of the office to avoid disruption to your peers. Cleanliness in the kitchen Please keep the kitchen area clean and refrain from leaving unwashed crockery and cutlery on the surfaces and in the sink. Cleanliness at your desk Please keep your study space clean and avoid leaving food and unwashed cups/ plates on your desks for long periods of time. Personal activities in communal areas Please kindly respect that not everyone shares your beliefs, therefore it is advisable that you make use of the quiet rooms in the Chapel or Prayer rooms located in Portland (D139 and E136).
