Ribbon of Steel links existing HLB trail (west side) from 97 Avenue along abandoned CP Rail lands north to Jasper Avenue, plus connection to Railtown. Province owns CPR corridor triggering 1994 Agreement for City management, including development of a multi-use trail. Agreement expires 2014. City supports alternative modes of transportation (supporting policy documents next slide)
