6. Classifying review text with Tensorflow
These features can be detected by humans, or by NLP algorithms, with varying degrees of success.
However, rule-based algorithms cannot identify these features very well, since it is difficult to define rules that cover all possible use cases.
A machine learning algorithm such as deep neural networks, on the other hand, could learn from labeled data and improve over time.
We are using the Tensorflow framework to implement such a component that is able to identify useful feedback features.
