Short term recovery is mainly due to low oil prices, a weak Euro and the European Central Bank's easing monetary policy

7 Criteria to join the euro
the budget deficit does not exceed 3% of GDP national debt does not exceed 60% of GDP the inflation rate does not exceed the average of the three best performance of 1.5% in long-term nominal interest rate of not more than three lowest inflation within two years of continuous fluctuations in the exchange rate within 2.25% exchange Rate

EMU(Economic and Monetary Union) whether it can enhance the international competitiveness of the EU EMU can become EU international financial crisis firewall?
