Mae Grŵp Hawliau'r Teulu, mewn partneriaeth gyda Nuffield Foundation wedi cynnal adolygiad i ystyried y canlynol: archwilio’r rhesymau dros y cynnydd mewn achosion gofal a’r nifer o blant mewn gofal canolbwyntio, ar bob cyfri, ar gyflawni’r deilliannau gorau i blant a theuluoedd Family Rights Group in partnership with the Nuffield Foundation have undertaken a review to consider the following: to examine the reasons for the rise in care proceedings and number of children in care to at all times retain a focus on achieving the best outcomes for children and families

The research has highlighted some of the following key areas for change: Good systems and practice That social care leaders and partner agencies regularly review their organisation’s systems and practice against the messages from research about (a) effective interventions and relationship- based practice and (b) agency vision.

Canllawiau statudol Yng Nghymru mae’r cod ymarfer perthnasol a’r Gweithdrefnau Amddiffyn Plant Cymru Gyfan, yn cael eu hadolygu a’u diwygio fel bod yr egwyddorion sy’n ategu’r ddeddfwriaeth, yn cynnwys partneriaeth a chydgynhyrchiad gyda theuluoedd, yn cael eu mynegi’n glir a bod y prosesau ar gyfer ymdrin ag achosion unigol yn adlewyrchu’r negeseuon gan yr ymchwil ar effeithiolrwydd arferion sy’n seiliedig ar berthnasau Statutory guidance In Wales the relevant Code of Practice and All Wales Child Protection Procedures, are reviewed and amended so that the principles underpinning the legislation, including partnership and co-production with families, are clearly expressed and the processes for managing individual cases reflect the messages from research on the effectiveness of relationship-based practice
