Central Data Collection Department established in 2004
Data collection for all surveys not dependent on the subject matter
Serves both: individuals and economic entities
Mainly collection of raw data

The contact centre handles 99% of respondents’ questions via telephone, , mail
Simultaneous informing of respondents (economic entities) about all the questionnaires they have to complete in the following year
