2. Day 1: School focus
Think of someone who works for Avondale that you would like to say thank you to for something that they have done for you
Teacher, Counselor, Support person, Administrator, Cafeteria worker, Custodian, or volunteer
For example, this can be an elementary teacher, a coach, a middle school teacher, or a bus driver.
How did this person help you, made you smile, improved your day, or just did something kind?

3. Write a letter Each student & teacher receives one letter template
Quietly take time to think & write a letter to the person of your choice
Write person’s name at the top of the letter
When done, fold letter so only the person’s name is visible
Round-Up Teachers should collect letters and turn them into the main office.

4. Day 2- Family focus
Think of someone in your family that you would like to say thank you to for something that they have done for you
How did this person help you, made you smile, improved your day, or just did something kind?

5. Write a letter Each student & teacher receives one letter template
Quietly take time to think & write a letter to the person of your choice
Take the letter with you and deliver it to that person!
