1 Uranus The Solar System v1.1

2 Hotfix Changelog Fixed a bug where information would be ambiguous and make little sense. Fixed low level of spelling accuracy. Fixed a bug where information would be skimmed, instead of read before included. Important information is now in bold.

3 Basic information

4 Size Radius is 15,974 miles, almost exactly four times as big as Earth. Volume is 63 times that of Earth. Uranus is the third biggest planet. It’s mass is roughly 14.5 times that of Earth. Though it has a slightly lesser gravitational pull. Yes, Uranus is very big.

5 Orbit Uranus’s average distance from the sun is billion miles away Uranus orbits the sun every 84 years A day is about 17 hours Yes, Uranus is very far away

6 Atmosphere 17.3 miles thick, one fourth of that of Earth. Made of
83% Hydrogen 15% Helium 2% Methane

7 Uranus’s core Uranus has three main layers:
The inner fifth is taken up by a rocky core that is slightly smaller than Earth An icy mantle made of a toxic mix of ammonia, water and methane. The mantle takes up 3/5 of the thickness A gassy atmosphere made of hydrogen, methane and helium Yes, there is a lot of gas on Uranus

8 Rings Uranus, like all the gas giants, have rings, but only Saturn is famous for them, but they all have them Uranus has a total of 13 rings, made of rocks and small debris Yes, there is a ring of debris around Uranus

9 Climate The average temperature is about -355 ºF
Wind speeds max out at around 536 miles per hour The weather is odd because it does not have a normal tilt, it spins on it’s side, causing huge weather shifts Yes, Uranus is very cold

10 Moons Uranus has 27 known moons, but five main ones Miranda Ariel
Umbriel Titania, the largest Oberon

11 Interesting facts Though closer to the sun, Uranus is colder than Neptune because it’s core is less massive Uranus was the first planet to be discovered by telescope, by William Herschel in 1781 The name of the most of the moons of Uranus come from characters of Shakespeare's plays Though the day is 17 hours, on the north or south pole, you get 42 years of light or darkness TiG3R JoN3s

12 Interesting facts Uranus is the only planet to be named after a Greek god “I can’t even put a finger on Uranus” The video TiG3R JoN3s waS h3R3 LMFAO Bye Now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!   L) :P
