Description Response Level Staged Incident Injected Notes Recommended Incidents: Chimney collapse, car damaged, dog missing low X Person with broken arm medium Water main broken, street is flooded BBQ over on deck and started small fire high Downed power lines sparking, people everywhere After securing area, this is one you may want to report to ACP House damaged and smell gas House completely engulfed in flames and threatening other homes You can add this in part way through the event; this is an incident you would want to communicate to ACP Extras you can swap in or add too the event if you want more: Porch collapsed Tree down on car in driveway, no one in car Road damage, tree down House off foundation, people inside Low to high Low if not trapped or injuired Van crashed into a car, driver is bleeding Medium/ high

(additional ideas) If you are comfortable with the drill and want to add more incidents, you can use live people to insert new incident throughout the drill. Here are just a few ideas. You can use your imagination and get as creative as you want. Description Response Level Notes Pre teen found in front of their house; they are alone and very upset low If someone brings him/her back to the base, you could then have their parent arrive home and come to the base looking for their child Someone finds the lost dog and brings it to the base; owner comes by asking if anyone has seen their dog Elderly person is on their front porch and complaining of chest pains high If this is in fact a heart attack, this would be an incident you would want to communicate to the ACP
