3 THE OBJECTIVE To launch the use of official local conveyance on a common digitized platform for all (M&M Ltd.) including Tech Mahindra and M&M group companies from a central transport desk using the most cost effective method.

4 THE APPROACH Need was identified for local,
intercity and pan India movement on a digitized platform. CIS analysed the utility of these radio taxis for corporate business purposes to assist employees for conveyance. The radio taxi unicorns were invited to offer corporate ground transport services pan India for M&M Limited and its group companies and TechM. Car icon Indian ground transportation market was disrupted by the launch of radio taxis like Ola, Uber and Meru. The best rates could be availed only by the concept of Synergy.

5 THE CONTRIBUTION A Flat 1.1x rate was launched
across 13+ M&M & its group companies with no surge pricing. Ola was identified as the most Efficient both in terms of cost, pan India presence and technology. A corporate offer was negotiated with Ola & Uber on behalf of M&M & group companies including TechM An in-depth analysis was done considering the current business on conveyance and the offer from radio taxis.

6 THE CONTRIBUTION Ola corporate services was first launched by CIS across M&M companies & corporates in India. The benefits of this offer was immediately leveraged by TechM and group companies like MMFSL (Rural presence) and many more. The adoption level and acceptance by the employees, accounts and by HR was complimented that we further negotiated for a flat 1.08x beating all the competitors across corporates in India.
