Part One: The WHY to Think

The word for “think” used here in the original Greek is logivzesqe (logidsesthe) from which we get our English word “LOGIC”.

THINK – Use Logic (logivzesqe) Present Tense- an action right now. Middle vs. Passive voice- requires your involvement. Imperative mood- a command to think this way.

THINK – Use Logic (logivzesqe) Control through LOGIC and NOT EMOTION Control your thoughts by thinking this way Meditate – consciously choose to think this way REDIRECT to healthy logical thinking instead of reacting with and being controlled by your emotions
