1. GEG - How to Create and Certify Structure

2. Log into CDX. Click on your role (Signatory or Preparer)

3. Start at “My Operator”, click on your Operator’s name

4. Click on “Structure”

5. Click “Add Structure”

6. Fill out all fields with asterisk

7. At the bottom of form, make your selection and click “Next”

8. Either select Certifier or Click “Continue”

9. Read statement and click “Accept”

10. Enter CDX Password, answer Security question and click “Sign”

11. Verify that your Structure has been added
