The Locality’s operational services are managed within four discrete Directorates: Adult Mental Health Mental Health Services for Older People Children and Young People’s Service Learning Disability Services Many Services delivered in partnership with the local authority

Inpatient assessment and treatment from two hospital sites: West Park Hospital and Lanchester Road Hospital Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit Crisis Services - operating 24/7 Street triage service Liaison service into Acute Trust sites Community Intervention Teams operating from community and hospital based sites across Durham and Darlington Talking Changes (IAPT) Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) service Specialist services – Eating Disorders, Veterans’ Service Rehabilitation services

MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR OLDER PEOPLE Inpatient assessment and treatment from three hospital sites: West Park Hospital Lanchester Road Hospital Auckland Park Hospital Liaison service into Acute Trust sites Community Intervention Teams operating from community and hospital based sites across Durham and Darlington Care Home Liaison service Young Onset Dementia Service

CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE’S SERVICES Community Intervention Teams working from community and hospital bases throughout the Locality Children and Young People’s Crisis and Liaison Service into Acute Trust sites – an award winning team! Children’s Eating Disorder Service Respite service – Holly Unit, West Park Autism enhanced assessment service (November 2015)

7 ADULT LEARNING DISABILITY SERVICE
Inpatient assessment and treatment from Lanchester Road Hospital Community Intervention Teams, integrated with Local Authority in Durham Specialist Health Teams – Physical Health Mental Health/Behavioural Support Review and Transitions Team Intake Team
