From the Project menu, Select Site List. Site – My Open Site page is displayed.

Click Edit icon.

Click Measure Tab.

Locate AC Unit I section.
Provide value for Condenser and coil model.
Click AHRI Lookup. A popup will appear. 3 1 2
Please Note - It is mandatory to fill AC detail using AHRI Lookup.

Select the AC Unit.
Select the row which matches your Coil Model and Condenser Model Field Value.
Close the popup.

9. Step-2 Enter AC Detail(HVAC Contractor)
Edit page relevant for htr or rsop measure…
Click Save.

10. Step-2 Enter AC Detail(HVAC Contractor)
Once the AC Detail is saved, Site status will move to “Ready for Rater” or “Ready”.

11. Site workflow meaning
Ready for Rater – AC details are provided and site is waiting for Rating information.
Ready for HVAC Contractor – Rating information is saved and site is waiting for AC detail.
Validation Failed - Both AC detail and Rating information are provided but mandatory documents are missing.
Ready – Rating information and AC details are complete and site is ready for submission.
