Common specifications for all design providers that set design expectations Pre-Letting Review Brief review of all projects for general completeness, major risk elements and readiness for advertisement for bids Quality Control Each Item Produced is Inspected (Quality Monitoring throughout Development of Project) Quality Assurance Only a Sampling of All Items Produced are Inspected (Quality Verification or Affirmation (Auditing)) Quality Program Management Ongoing evaluation to monitor, manage and improve provider performance and program performance
