You are working with two clients, A and B, on a project. Your schedules are difficult to coordinate, so you meet with client A, then you meet with client B. What client A wants appears to be in conflict with what client B wants. You are at an impasse. What do you do?

You are working on a project that is going well. You are in the detailed design and prototyping stage, more than half-way through the project. Your client has an emergency need and wants to change the entire scope and focus of the project. What do you do?
