Good Lead Sources Andrew
Personal, and business News. Earlier, Better – should not be copied Rumors are not printed, think twice before verbalizing at the meeting. It is a very small business community - Confidentiality – members only Do not infringe on other’s classifications
15
Common Issues for New Members Andrew
Difference between General (already explained) & Direct Leads which are Third party or Specific Leads, also used for confidential or rumor info Knowledge which is NOT business for you could be business for someone else – doesn’t have to be HUGE Leads should be Unpublished – i.e. NOT from ECA newsletter, newspapers or industry publications Occasional Sales pitch is fine but not every week Personal items such as car or house sales can be put into Leads Sheet but not verbalized at meetings Mini visitations – one on one visit helps understand other companies better. Counts towards Efficiency: 1 Mini Visit = 1 Lead Business Log – often forget to record DBW (Did Business With) – record when you cut a check
16
